After moving from Mandrake to Gentoo I noticed there was no portage package for any netrek clients. I downloaded the paradise-2000 client. When I try to run it, the sound server complains that it cannot start. The client does run but, with no sound.
Anyone?

| yep - same problem. I have yet to find any netrek ebuild, which is very surprising to me. |

| A bit late, and after a bit of dusting, the clients netrek-brmh and netrek-cow are now available in the GURU repo. |
