papu,

Plug the dongle into the system, then post the output of lsusb.
That will let us identify the kernel module you need.

blacklist mt76x2u

Code:
# equery f xow
 * Searching for xow ...

/lib
/lib/modprobe.d
/lib/modprobe.d/xow-blacklist.conf
/lib/modules-load.d
/lib/modules-load.d/xow-uinput.conf
/lib/systemd
/lib/systemd/system
/lib/systemd/system/xow.service
/lib/udev
/lib/udev/rules.d
/lib/udev/rules.d/99-xow.rules

Code:
 # cat /lib/udev/rules.d/99-xow.rules
# Make dongles and uinput accessible to all users
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="045e", ATTRS{idProduct}=="02e6", MODE="0666"
