So guys iam looking for a utility for making my own distro based on Gentoo Linux, if there is even one for Gentoo that is...

So do any of you guys know of a utility i can use to make a Gentoo installation USB with license agreement prompts, pictures and etc...?

If not i will be set back another month by having to figure out how to do everything by scratch :(

Also if i will be doing it this way, should i include the kernel or boot partition on the same partition as the root fs?

I know i will not be using a swap partition, just to simply this and because it will not be needed as memory usage should not get that high.

Most licenses for Linux software are meant for the distributor, not the end user. Have you done an audit to see what you've agreed to, and is your compliance infrastructure in place?

Supposing someone has an answer for you, what license agreements are you planning to show? Most free software license agreements are to the user's benefit and are shown for the purpose of making the user aware of the rights they enjoy as a result of the license, whereas proprietary license agreements are usually to the user's detriment and are shown to make the user aware of the obligations they suffer for opening the shrinkwrap. To some extent, this impacts how you present the information. In the case of free software licenses, the distributor is often under specific obligations to inform the user of their rights, but is not necessarily obligated to confirm the user's consent to the license. In the case of proprietary licenses, user consent is usually demanded as a prerequisite to use of the software.

You probably should have done this as separate questions, since the issue of displaying licenses is separate from the question of how your software should be laid out, particularly since, as I understand your intended project, the user won't care about the layout as long as it is a turnkey product.
