The original post being 2015, I'm not sure if the issue is still "open".

I haven't sync'd in a few days or so, but:

No idea. I thought maybe you were searching for goldendict and didn't notice the age.

There does appear to exist (or used to exist) a phantom post by lanthruster, with a time-stamp placing it slightly before toralf's post.
