EDIT:
I just deleted all net. files (net.wlp64s0, net.eth0) from /etc/init.d/ to get rid of the "wpa_supplicant.conf" not found.
Now everything seems to run over dhcpcd, but still loads of cryptic erros.

Going through the gentoo wiki and from answers on reddit I understood a few things.

Networks:
Networks can be set in different ways. wpa_supplicant is used by different services to handle WPA/WPA2/WEP and passwords. NetworkManager is a big collection of autmatic scripts.
One can also use dhcpd standalone or net. scripts instead of NetworkManager.

Bootup:
Messages on bootup are not always a thing of concern. They can come from a service talking to itself that not all of his dependencies have started yet. For that OpenRC or systemd is the "mother" that goes on starting up all other services. It is not possible in this way to start all services and their dependencies at the same time, so some error or warning might occur.

More precisely, there is an old thread from here, concerning NetworkManagers inactivity.

On the subreddit "linuxquestions" I started a post "How do you connect to Wifi?" to see setup of others.
